When good service is provided I believe that one should say so and that is the point of my e-mail. The above order was done on-line on a Thursday, I received an e-mail from you the next day with an offer of delivery on the following Tuesday. I phoned to confirm a delivery time of 1-3pm and on the dot of 1pm the furniture arrived.
I call that good and efficient service. Please pass my thanks to all the people who were involved.

Your support and advice in helping me refurbish my Breakfast room was invaluable and thank you for going the extra mile in sending two tables on your delivery van so that I could make a final decision. The first Kit Stone kitchen has arrived in France!
Our kitchen cabinets have arrived yesterday in good condition (although we haven't opened the boxes yet). I want to thank you and your staff personally for the excellent service!
If you wish, I could send you some photos of our finished kitchen (but this will take a couple of months I think). And you are always welcome to visit us if you are passing through Burgundy.

Writing to thank you very much for the prompt delivery of a Garden Hammock to my son in Derby.
I discussed this with Georgina on your stand at Chelsea, and ordered it the next day. I told Georgie that it was for my son's birthday, and it was delivered - on the day, with Happy Birthday on the outside of the parcel. My son loves it - spent most of the rest of the day lying in it!!
I am so impressed with the care and attention given to what must be for you a very small item.

Dear Ed,
Many thanks for the brass bolts. I now have all chairs fully operational. The brass bolts seem to be a slightly different length to the steel versions but the diameter and thread is the same so they work fine.

Thank you for your invoice. I would like to say that we are very pleased with our new garden furniture, it is just a shame that we can’t use it at the moment! I must also apologise for not being in on the Friday as agreed, it was a complete over sight on my behalf, my husband and I had to go to the building society and just forgot until we were out and it was too late to do anything about it. I was so grateful that your delivery driver arrived very promptly the next day and put together the furniture very efficiently.
